Heavy Duty Work Stations - We can design and build tooled or untooled work stations to meet your specifications.
- Tool trolley rail is heavy duty steel construction
- Two 4 foot work lights
- Adjustable shelf height in 3" increments and can be tilted
- Adjustable legs from 24" to 36" high to work surface
- 30" x 60" work surface formed of 11-ga. steel - any work surface available
- Optional - Electrical G.F.I, Pigtail Light, 6 Outlet Bar with Pigtail, Small Parts Bin Rack
- Our specialty is fully tooled systems for
complete product assembly
Container Rollovers - Unload parts from containers using minimum floor space
- Rotates full 180 degrees to empty containers
- Feed mechanism, chutes or conveyors fit under dumper
- Electric operation provides ample torque and allows operator to partially dump containers
- Specify up to 4,000 pound load, container size
and clearance for device under rollover
Parts Retrieval System - The Yellow Veyor retrieves lightweight parts from automated equipment and injection molding machines.
- The parts retrieval system is operated by PLC to provide machine interface
- Adjustable legs are equipped with casters and jack screws for portability
- A basket moves under the machine to retrieve parts and return on track to the operator
- The versatile system can be configured to meet a
wide variety of requirements
Custom Staging Conveyor - provides a bank of parts to assembly line, indexing and allows sub-assembly at inlet station
- Holds various cumbersome parts in ergonomic position for operators
- Operator loads parts in a traveling fork. When loading operator is out of light beam and has performed and has performed an assembly function at load station, the operator at unload station can increment conveyor.
- As it moves forward, the traveling fork lowers parts to waist level for easy unloading.
- System is supplied with or without a control
system
